With over 10,000 sq/ft of lab space in the heart of midtown Manhattan, at Lab Reviews we perform in-depth testing of the latest desktops, laptops, digital cameras, cell phones, gadgets, software applications and any other technology related product and service.
At the 5,000 sq/ft Long Island facility, our Lab Reviews staff conducts real world test of home products like wireless networks, LCDs, monitors and TVs. Jonathan Roubini
Founder and Editor in Chief of LabReviews.com, Jonathan Roubini brings to the site years of hands-on experience.
Jonathan was born in Milan, Italy, where during his high school years he was a contributing editor for the leading Italian technology magazine TGM. He moved to the U.S. to attend the prestigious Carnegie Mellon University. After graduating with a B.S. in Information and Decision Systems, Jonathan joined the leading industry publication, PC Magazine.
As Software Project Leader at PC Magazine Labs, Jonathan pioneered several new testing techniques for always-evolving software packages. He was in charge of planning and directing all the lab work for PC Magazine’s blockbuster Windows XP cover story, featuring the largest set of independent tests ever performed on the latest Microsoft OS. He also developed pioneering Antivirus testing that involved a battery of real viruses tested against the engines of all the major AV software packages. These are just a couple of outstanding stories that Jonathan managed while at PC Magazine Labs and which were acclaimed by a variety of leading experts in the industry.
Jonathan later stepped up at PC Magazine as Lead Analyst of the Mobile category, including PDAs, cell phones, and their accessories. He quickly gained recognition in the wireless industry thanks to his extensive knowledge. This knowledge was reflected in his in-depth reviews of the latest mobile products.
Jonathan has appeared as a leading technology expert on NBC, CNNfn, CNN Headline News, TechTV, WB, BBC World, ABC, and CNBC as well as Bloomberg Radio.

Aaron Karimzadeh
Lead Technology Analyst for LabReviews.com, Aaron is a senior IT executive with over 25 years experience, having started his career with the design of the first microprocessor-based personal computer. Since then Aaron has been a pioneer in the use of distributed computing and has been involved in all areas of IT - hardware, networking, infrastructures, tools, and network-connected devices. Aaron has a detailed knowledge of smart cards, cryptography standards and test tools, networking, distributed systems and network security.
Aaron has consulted with major international organizations on a multitude of issues, such as software re-use, object oriented techniques, drivers, and mobile applications. He is a well known speaker at international conferences and has held the positions of Board Director and Marketing Chairman at Global Platform. He is a frequent contributing author for Smart Card Alliance white papers.
As a founder of SCIL, Aaron helped implement large-scale smart card projects for Chase Manhattan Bank, Citibank, National Westminster Bank of London, and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce of Toronto and for Citi-AT&T cards. He was responsible for the sale of SCIL to ACI Worldwide, a global leader in e-payment solutions, with 40Billion transactions processed annually by ACI Worldwide systems. Aaron enjoys excellent working relationships with b-2-b and b-2-c payment schemes, major vendors, manufacturers, and networks in the UK, USA, Venezuela, Mexico and Canada.

Michel Nematnejad
Michel is a Technology Analyst for LabReviews.com, where he can combine his passion for the latest innovations and gadgetry with his love of critical writing. Although Michel was born in Zurich, Switzerland, he grew up in London where he where he did his A-levels in Computing, Economics and Mathematics. For his undergraduate degree, he attended New York University, where he earned a joint theory concentration degree in Computer Science and Economics.
He has recently completed the Graduate Training Program at Deutsche Bank as a technology analyst. Michel started as an application developer for the Futures and Options settlement platform but has since moved on to his current role as a business analyst covering the application architecture for the entire back office domain for Investment Banking IT.
Other areas of Michel's interest include data mining and systems integration tools. He also likes to keep up-to-date with the latest trends in open-source software as well as developments in the RIA (Rich Internet Applications) space.
Marc Davidson
Contributing Writer for LabReviews.com, Marc grew up in England where he studied business at Manchester University. He has been in radio broadcasting as a producer and presenter, and has developed a great knowledge of the music and entertainment industry. Marc brings his extensive experience to LabReviews.com.
